I am Lotfi Boussalia, a proud and happy father of two children, and one of my greatest aspirations is to raise them within the Algerian community, instilling in them the rich heritage, language, and traditions of our country. Family and culture are at the heart of who I am, and I strongly believe in transmitting these values to future generations.

With a long-standing career in executive management, I bring extensive experience in leadership, organizational development, and strategic planning. Over the years, I have cultivated the skills necessary to manage teams, oversee complex projects, and deliver sustainable results that I hope will be beneficial to AAAGW.

I joined this community out of a genuine desire to serve, support, and strengthen our network. I am particularly committed to initiatives that promote cultural exchange, education, youth engagement, and solidarity among members. My vision is to contribute not only by leveraging my professional expertise but also by working hand in hand with volunteers, families, and leaders to build a stronger and more connected Algerian community in te United State.

Beyond my professional and community commitments, I value integrity and collaboration. I firmly believe that by working together, we can both preserve our traditions and adapt to the evolving needs of our younger generations.

In my free time, I enjoy playing tennis, exploring the outdoors, and traveling to discover new cultures. I especially take pride in teaching others—particularly children—about Algeria’s rich traditions, from its flavorful cuisine to the vibrant rhythms of Rai music. Through this, I hope to keep our culture alive and inspire future generations.

Outside of schooling, I love being in nature for fun and listening to music, both of which are experiences that help me relax. I have always been fascinated by my Algerian culture and have been grateful to learn more and celebrate its vibrancy with our local communities through AAAGW events as I grew up. My hope with being on this board is to meet new people and engage the younger generations in our traditions. I am looking forward to serving our community and growing together. "
