On this special day, the Algerian American Association of Greater Washington (AAAGW) proudly celebrates the strength, resilience, and achievements of women in our organization, our community, and around the world.
Guided by our mission of “Connecting Cultures, Empowering Women,” we honor the women who lead, nurture, inspire, and build bridges across cultures and generations. Your contributions enrich our communities and help shape a brighter future for all.
We are also pleased to share that this year’s AAAGW Women’s Day celebration will be combined with our Eid El-Fitr gathering, planned for Saturday, March 21st. It will be a wonderful opportunity to come together in celebration, unity, and joy.

اليوم العالمي للمرأة
في هذا اليوم المميز، تتقدم الجمعية الجزائرية الأمريكية لمنطقة واشنطن الكبرى (AAAGW) بأحرّ التهاني والتقدير لكل النساء في جمعيتنا، ومجتمعنا، وفي جميع أنحاء العالم.
انطلاقًا من رسالتنا "ربط الثقافات وتمكين المرأة"، نحتفي بالنساء اللواتي يقدن بإلهام، ويرعين الأجيال، ويبنين جسورالتواصل بين الثقافات والمجتمعات. إن مساهماتكنّ القيّمة تُثري مجتمعنا وتلهم الأجيال القادمة.
يسرّنا أيضًا أن نعلن أن احتفال الجمعية باليوم العالمي للمرأة هذا العام سيكون مدمجًا مع احتفالنا بعيد الفطرالمجيد، وذلك يوم السبت 21 مارس. ستكون مناسبة جميلة لنجتمع معًا في أجواء من الفرح والتآلف.
